This policy covers the read-only UK Premises Licence Navigator directory edition.
Directory tools process only an authority name or bounded workflow/activity category supplied to a tool call. The directory edition does not require an account and does not ask for full premises case files, applicant narratives, payment credentials, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, precise location, contacts, or full conversation history.
Hosting/service infrastructure may retain minimal operational logs for reliability, security, abuse prevention and aggregate measurement. The directory edition is not designed to persist substantive premises-case payloads.
This directory edition does not initiate, promote, or link to purchases or paid upgrades. Payment/card/crypto credentials are not processed by this directory edition.

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers used to host and operate the service. We do not sell directory-tool user data or build advertising profiles from it.
